Landforms Design is familiar with the requirements of many local building codes. Our office can help make the necessary revisions to your plans for building permits. Please contact our office for any special needs in your area.

Copyright Release of Artwork

All Landforms plans are protected by Federal Copyright laws, therefore, we offer a package which includes camera-ready artwork, both elevation and floorplan, and a letter authorizing limited use of this artwork for promotional purposes to assist in selling the home.

Reproduction Department

Quality blackline/blueline prints or reproducible Mylar are available with plan purchase only. These prints are highly legible and resist fading.

Drafting Service

Our drafting staff can make custom changes to your Landforms plan. We also offer a complete custom home design, drafting, and consultation service. Please call the customer service number (801) 298-2240 ext. 2.

Pricing Information

A retainer is required for all plans requiring computer time. A partial payment is expected upon approval of preliminary plans as outlined in order-form. The remainder of the balance due is to be paid when the plans are picked up. NO EXCEPTION. We do take most major credit cards for your convenience. Any revisions required for approval with individual Architectural Control Committees or building departments requiring computer time will be charged additional. No refunds or exchanges.
